GLUTEN-FREE BISCUITS

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Authentic Foods Garfava Flour 4 tablespoons Saco Buttermilk Powder
1/4 cup potato starch 1/4 cup of water depending on batter consistency
1/4 cup corn starch 2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon Authentic Foods Xanthan Gum 1/3 cup vegetable oil
8 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients separately from liquid.  Then add liquid to dry and mix well.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  On a grease cookie sheet drop by spoonful approximately 10 to 12 biscuits.  Now, place in oven and bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Yum!!
