- Set the Belgian waffle maker to 5.5*.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Authentic Foods Steve’s GF Cake Flour Blend, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, melted butter and buttermilk together.
- Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to combine, being careful not to overmix.
- Using an ice cream scoop or measuring cup, pour a little more than a cup into the waffle iron. Allow the waffle to cook until golden.
Note: The higher the setting the darker and crispier the waffle will be. We found that 5.5 works well, but this may vary by waffle maker.
