Ingredients:
540 g |
Steve’s GF Flour Blend |
3 TBSP |
Granulated Sugar |
5 TBSP |
Butter (room temp.) |
7 g (1 Packet) |
Instant Fast Acting Yeast |
1 2/3 Cup |
Water |
3/4 Cup 1 TBSP |
Milk |
Small Amount |
Sweet Rice Flour (for dusting) |
Directions:
- Mix the yeast, sugar, flour and the butter together until the butter is evenly dispersed throughout the flour.
- Slowly add the milk and water at the same time.
- Once the dough comes together, knead it briefly on a lightly floured surface, using Authentic Foods’ Superfine Sweet Rice Flour. Divide the dough into about 7 6 oz. balls. Place them evenly spaced on a sheet pan. Be sure to leave enough room in between for the buns to double to triple in size.
- Allow the dough to rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It should double to triple in size.
- (Optional: Coat the dough with egg wash) Bake at 400F in a sheet pan for 40 minutes.

I used my stand mixer with a dough hook to make this dough. So easy and they turned out great!

Incredible! The most like normal non gluten free hamburger buns on earth. Delicate crisp crust and fluffy soft interior. An amazing recipe.
