Rosemary Bread
The taste and texture of this bread will blow you and your family and friends away! It tastes so good, just like bread containing wheat!

Ingredients:

1 package Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix

3 eggs

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 ½ cups warm water

¼ teaspoon Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer

2 ¼ teaspoon quick rise dry yeast (7 grams or 1 packet)

1-2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:

Bread Machine:
In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, warm water and Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer. Add ¾ of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix to the liquid mixture and mix until smooth. Then blend in the yeast, the rosemary and the remainder of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix with a rubber spatula until batter is moist. Next, scrape the mixture into the bread machine bread pan. 

Using the personal baker cycle, set the bread machine to knead 10 minutes, rise 10 minutes, knead 6 minutes, rise 40 minutes, and bake approximately 65 minutes. The bread should rise 2 ¼ times its original height.
 
Oven Baking:
In a bowl, use an electric mixer to combine eggs, oil, warm water and Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer. Add ¾ of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix to the liquid mixture and mix at low speed until smooth. Then blend in the yeast and the remainder of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix. Beat at medium speed until the batter is smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. Then mix in the rosemary. 
 
With a spatula, scrape the batter into a 9 x 5 inch pan lined with parchment paper and place in a warm area to rise, approximately 60 minutes. The bread should rise about 2 ¼ times its original height. 
 
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the bread for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until brown all over. Remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack.
