Blueberry Scones
These blueberry scones are so easy to make. They can be made just before breakfast or the night before.

Ingredients:

1 package of Authentic Foods Blueberry Muffin Mix
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
6 tablespoons Softened Butter

(optional) Raw Sugar for topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.  Grease a large flat cookie pan. 

In a large mixing bowl, blend together egg, milk and the Authentic Foods Blueberry Muffin Mix.  Then slowly blend in the butter until evenly mixed. Using a medium size ice cream scooper or a spoon, place batter into 12 evenly size balls on the flat cookie pan.  Flatten the balls slightly to your desired shape.  If desired, sprinkle raw sugar on to the top of each scone.  Place the scones in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Enjoy!

I haven't tried your products yet. Where do I get the mixes? Where do I get the flours? They sound really good. Also you need a print button on you page to fix it so that when printed it doesn't cut off the right side of the receipe. mss
