Servings: 8 - 9 biscuits
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Bake/Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cup Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.  Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a medium size bowl, combine the Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour, granulated sugar and salt together.  Mix until evenly distributed.  Add the cream and mix until the mixture comes into a ball and the cream is evenly distributed throughout the flour.

Place the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface.  Pat it down until it is just under 1 inch thick.  Use a 2.5 inch biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits. Re-roll the uncut dough and cut out more biscuits.  Place the biscuits on the parchment paper lined sheet pan and bake the biscuits in the oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown in color.   Make sure to rotate the pan halfway through baking so the biscuits bake evenly.

These biscuits have an extremely light, flaky texture. They melt in your mouth just like buttermilk biscuits. Very easy to make. Perfect with butter & jam, served with BBQ, Thanksgiving dinner, or smothered in gravy. This recipe will be my go-to for quick rolls or biscuits.

LOVE this recipe. I at a be faces when I share these biscuits. Has anyone tried this recipe with regular all purpose wheat flour? I would be less hesitant to share it if I knew it would work for them using another flour.
