Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
A great treat for anytime, but perfect for that afternoon snack with a glass of milk. These chocolaty delights are sure to not only satisfy your sweet choice but will hit the spot for even the toughest chocolate cravings! Even better yet, this is sooooo quick and easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 bag

Authentic Foods Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

1/4 Cup (26 grams)

Dutch Process Cocoa Powder

1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)

Salt

3/4 teaspoon (3 grams)

Vanilla Powder

3/4 Cup (170 grams)

Butter, softened

1 large (50 grams)

Egg, beaten

1/4 Cup (56 grams)

Water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line 3 sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together Authentic Foods Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix (leave out the package of chocolate chips), Dutch process cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla powder in mixer bowl. Add softened butter and mix with paddle until evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk egg and water until pale in color. Gradually add to dry mix until absorbed into dry ingredients.
  4. Scrape down sides if necessary and add chocolate chips to dough. Mix until chocolate chips are distributed throughout dough.
  5. Scoop out cookies onto parchment lined sheet pans and bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Cookies should be crispy along edges and slightly soft in the center.
